It’s called Henna. Is sprayed on and lasts a few weeks.
Some say there’s ink that stays on like a year, cause the needle doesn’t go as deep in the skin.
But any artist will tell you that’s bogus, even if you get that done it will fade away unevenly and you’ll be left with a nasty looking half-tat for a long time.
