Everything Airbrush Tattoos

I need a drawing of a girl (sorta like the WWII pin up girl look)–the catch is she needs to have green skin and stitches on her face, etc–in small….a sexy girl Frankenstein’s Monster. I caught a very brief glimpse of something SIMILAR to this on LA Ink. It is not for a tattoo—it will be an airbrushed piece of art. Anyone have any thoughts where I could find something like that or an artist who could make it for me???? Thanks!
