i’m working on my art portfolio to become a tattoo artist and i know it would be excellent to include color scheme so they know i can work well with color also.

i’ve never really used anything besides crayons or colored pencils (despise them) i just draw and when i was a kid and tried to add color with crayons or something it seemed like it would ruin the whole drawing.

what kind would look really excellent for a tattoo portfolio for an apprenticeship? like water colors, paint, airbrush and so on?

i want to be able to really wow the artist apprenticing me. all advise is welcome :)

also, here is a drawing that i made not long ago (so you can have a rough thought of what i do), it’s from a reference but it is NOT traced (my scanner kinda took away some of the quality though)
