My arm is seriously swelling up after getting a temporary tattoo with henna ink. What do I do?

I got a henna tattoo on my left wrist two days ago. Right now it’s really swelling up pretty terribly, like from my inside elbow to my wrist, and it feels a small numb and hard .. There are also a few terrible rashes appearing nearby, and they appear to be contagious… What do i do to reduce the swelling and rashes?

I want to have a tattoo on my lower back but i do not want it to be permanent. Some people tell me to have it temporary . I want to know what do they mean by temporary ? 6 months then i can remove it or what ?
